Find a development partner from the 1st most attractive outsourcing destination in Europe
According to Financial Times Bulgaria is the world’s ninth “most preferred” outsourcing destination in consultancy A T Kearney’s 2014 Global Services Location Index.

Besides the capital Sofia, Plovdiv /second biggest city in Bulgaria/ has a thriving outsourcing industry, accounting for almost 4 % of GDP, according to the Bulgarian Outsourcing Association (BOA).
Fluency in languages and traditions in software development are definitely a draw, while macroeconomic stability and a currency pegged to the euro add to the country’s appeal. Outsourcing employees’ wages are low compared with Western Europe, but allow a better quality of life than most sectors.
Although the country is relatively new to the outsourcing business, the software developers are 40% of the workforce in the outsourcing sector, of which 11% senior developers. For the past few years, IT experts in Bulgaria have received a global notoriety of proficiency, capability and aptitude to function at the most elevated levels of accuracy.
364 outsourcing companies are doing business in Bulgaria, 24 000 professionals are employed in the outsourcing sector and estimated 60 000 will be employed in the industry by 2018.
